Binance is renowned as the leading cryptocurrency exchange company founded in 2017 in Hong Kong. Binance has been adamant in realizing its primary goal; to promote and increase the freedom of money to its users, driving blockchain education and adoption and enabling greater access to its resources.
Changpeng Zhao started the company and gained popularity globally within a matter of a year. By 2021 the company reached an all-time peak, exchanging over $76 billion worth in crypto trading.
Eventually, Binance launched its token, BNB, and it slowly rose to its position as the third most traded token. Although the company initially started in China, it has expanded its reach globally.
